Created to streamline in-person engagements at conferences, conventions, and client meetings, this digital brochure consolidated multiple high-traffic sales aids and print collateral into one intuitive, easy-to-navigate experience. Instead of flipping through stacks of paper, users could instantly access key brand messaging, service offerings, and market insights via a clean navigation system optimized for conversation flow and pitch delivery.

By centralizing resources in a single digital platform, the tool not only increased efficiency but elevated the perception of the brand as tech-forward, client-focused, and prepared for any engagement. The result: a more consistent, more professional, and more persuasive sales experience across the entire organization.

Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC), the financing arm of Marcus & Millichap, partnered with the corporate marketing team to refresh its visual identity, bringing a modern, elevated aesthetic that aligned with the company’s evolving brand ecosystem.

To strike the right balance between heritage and innovation, a refined type system was introduced, pairing classic serif fonts with clean sans-serif counterparts. This combination brought clarity and sophistication to MMCC’s finance-forward, text-heavy collateral.

A bold new image library was developed to add energy and visual appeal, featuring high-contrast grayscale imagery recolored with Marcus & Millichap’s signature brand palette. However, to establish distinction from the parent company, MMCC adopted orange as its lead brand color, symbolizing optimism, innovation, and collaborative momentum in the financing space.

This updated look positioned MMCC as both aligned with Marcus & Millichap’s trusted legacy and forward-thinking in its approach, creating a more cohesive yet distinctive presence across all touchpoints.
