To modernize brand communications and support its national sales force, Marcus & Millichap launched two key initiatives: an interactive Digital Company Overview designed to streamline sales conversations and unify collateral, and a visual identity refresh for Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC), featuring refined typography, bold imagery, and a distinctive color palette to set it apart while aligning with the broader brand ecosystem.
